Abstract: In contemporary business conditions quality is one of the most important factors of enterprise success. To response to the sophisticated requests of customers and hold the competition, enterprises should take care about product and service quality and about costs quality. In this paper quality and dimension and costs of quality is considered. Special attention to the methods for identification, control and quality analysis and costs of quality analysis is dedicated.
